PRE-ORDERS


For items listed for pre-order, place your order then pay the down payment. Full payment need not be made until the item arrives at our warehouse and is ready to ship.

Note: As soon as a manufacturer announces a new item and gives us the go signal, we list it for presale with an expected arrival date. Presale means we are taking advanced orders for the item. The items have not yet been released nor has it arrived at our warehouse.


You’ll need to pay the down payment first. For pre-orders, we accept all payment methods such as PayPal, Credit card using PayPal, Bank deposit through BPI and BDO, GCash, Palawan Express and BillEase.

Note: The minimum down payment can be found in the product description. The rest of your balance need not be made until the item arrives at our warehouse and is ready to ship.

We realize this may be months in advance, so you have the option to change payment methods any time before the item arrives. Once the item arrives at the warehouse, we will process your order and charge you based on your chosen payment method.


Customers will be given 5 days to settle their down payment. Failure to comply will result in order cancellation and a warning that the customer may be banned from the store and forbidden from making future orders.


Yes. Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time prior to their arrival at our warehouse.

If you wish to cancel a pre-order and you paid a non-refundable down payment, contact us through e-mail or Facebook messenger to complete the cancelation. Your down payment will not be refunded.


No, the down payment for pre-orders is non-refundable.

Some expensive or custom items may require a non-refundable down payment due at the time of order placement. We purchase the item on your behalf and want to be certain you really want it before we place our order. You will have to agree to and pay the Non-Refundable down payment to place your pre-order.


The arrival of your pre-order/s will be subject to their availability with the distributor. The expected arrival date is merely an estimate. There are no guarantees for when pre-ordered products will exactly arrive.

Our product department is in constant contact with our suppliers to receive the most up-to-date information possible. Once we know something has changed, we will update our listings and update you through your registered email address.

We all would like pre-orders to show up within the expected time frame, but unfortunately the toy industry may experience delays. No compensation can be given for pre-orders that arrive late.

Only pre-order products if you are not worried about receiving the items later than the estimated arrival time. As such, we don’t recommend pre-ordering products If you need an item a specific day, we don't recommend pre-ordering products if you need them by a fixed time.


Yes, but not for all products.

When possible, we will notify that a pre-order is arriving soon. This will allow you to review your selected payment method, shipping address, and shipping method before your order is processed.

Please note we are unable to do this for all products. We are dependent on our suppliers’ updates prior to shipping.


INTERNATIONAL BUYERS


For interested international buyers, here are some additional instructions to be able to order in our website:

Yes. We accept orders from anywhere in the world.

Your credit card company will convert your currency to PHP (Philippine Peso) at the time of purchase using the current exchange rate. We do not control the exchange rate, nor any foreign transaction fees your issuing bank may charge.

For international buyers, you may use PayPal for the payment.


PRICING


The final price is always posted in the website. You will be notified of any errors. In case of errors, we will need to cancel your order and you will need to re-order the item.

Payment is due within one week of product availability.

Item will be only released once the outstanding balance has been fully paid.

To register for a BillEase account:

  1. Go to https://billease.ph.

  2. Choose your order value, cash out and installment term. Click “Apply”.

  3. Input your credentials and submit the form. You will need to be at least 18 years old and you must have a stable source of income. You will need to provide your latest proof of income, proof of billing and one (1) valid government ID to verify your information.

  4. BillEase will get back to you within one (1) banking day. Submissions made after 6:00PM will be processed 8:00AM the next day.

  5. You're done!

ITEM ARRIVALS


This means that the item is in-stock or in-stock with the distributor.


PICK-UP LOCATIONS


Yes, only upon full payment. To avail of this option, kindly follow these instructions:

  1. Upon checkout, select “Pick-up” among the delivery options.

  2. After making your order, choose your shipping form.

  3. We will notify you through e-mail once your order arrives. The e-mail will contain links to the Pick-Up Form, Shipping Form, and Consolidation Form.

  4. Fill-up ONLY the Pick-up Form. Kindly disregard the other two (2) forms.

  5. Pay for your order in full. Send a copy of the deposit slip through the Payment Form.

  6. You will receive a confirmation through SMS that your item is at your chosen pick-up location.

  7. Before proceeding to the pick-up location, ensure that you or your proxy would bring the following:
    1. An ID. If your proxy will be picking up your order, please ask them to bring (1) an authorization letter duly signed by you allowing them to pick-up your items on your behalf, and (2) a photocopy of your ID.

    2. Order Number. A printed copy would be preferred.

  8. Proceed to the pick-up location.

LOCAL SHIPPING


We offer the following services for local shipping:

All shipping method options are listed during checkout. We will notify you and send you the shipping form through e-mail.


Shipping fees will be provided depending on your shipping method:

  • Grab and Lalamove Express – Already quoted via mobile application
  • Cliqnship - We will e-mail you a notification with the quotation of the shipping fee
  • LBC Cash on Pickup - they will notify you the quotation once they have received the package.


Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected. Each shipping method will display a delivery date or date range of when a shipment can be expected for delivery.

If you are purchasing an item for pre-order and after the item has arrived at our facility, the expected delivery date will be displayed once you have fill up the shipping form.

The shipping form indicates the delivery schedule. Delivery day would be every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The cut-off date for shipping orders is every Monday at 4:00 PM.

  • Grab and Lalamove Express: 1 - 2 days delivery
  • Cliqnship: 2-3 days after the shipping
  • LBC Cash on Pickup: 2-3 days after the shipping


Only in Shopee for in-stock items. Apart from that, we do not accept COD.


For Grab and Lalamove, payments may be given directly to the rider upon delivery.

For Cliqnship and LBC, we will send you a quotation. The quoted amount must be included in your payment. After the total amount is settled, send us the proof of payment through our Payment Form.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


  • DHL

Several shipping methods are available for each courier, including standard and expedited services. Some shipping methods explicitly state which courier will be used. Others may be shipped by a variety of couriers depending on the properties of the package.

All shipping method options are listed during checkout. We will notify you and send you the shipping form through e-mail.


After the courier gives us the quotation, we will inform you the final shipping fee through email.


DHL and FedEx – We will e-mail you a notification with the quotation of the shipping fee

The basis of the shipping fees for DHL and FedEx is the dimensional or volumetric weight.


It would depend on your location and the courier. If your delivery has not yet arrived, we suggest you check the tracker of the courier to get a package update.

Please be advised that deliveries to some addresses may take longer than the stated delivery dates. Deliveries may also take longer if you live in an area that is experiencing an unexpected service delay due to causes such as severe weather, natural disasters, and unscheduled events.

CANCELLATIONS

Yes, if payment is not received within one week, it will be automatically canceled.

Payment must be fully settled within one week after you receive an arrival notification e-mail from us.

No. Cancellation is no longer allowed.

Items are considered for shipment when:

  • You requested that an in-stock item be shipped immediately.
  • You requested that your pre-order be immediately shipped upon arrival.

REFUNDS


Yes. Payments may be refunded ONLY in the following situations:

  1. If the item was fully paid by the customer and the order has not yet arrived at our warehouse, refunds may be availed of ONLY within 7 days after the payment was made.

    Note: This policy applies for customers who want a refund because they no longer want the item. If the refund request would be made after the 7-day period, the customer may ONLY change the item.

  2. If we cancelled the order for being out of stock with our distributor, you are entitled to a FULL REFUND.

  3. If we cancelled the order for not having reached the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) required by the distributor, you are also entitled to a FULL REFUND.

    Note: For orders not having reached the MOQ, we will send you an e-mail and post an announcement through our Facebook page.

If you wish to avail of a refund, kindly send us an e-mail. We will need to review your request. Requests for refund will be granted only if your situation falls under any of those listed above.

If Animezing cancelled your order, we will e-mail you and ask if you would prefer a refund or an item change.


You may request for a refund by sending us an e-mail. However, please take note that as per store policy, we will be allowing refunds ONLY within 7 days after the payment was made AND if the item has not yet arrived at our warehouse.


Returns are issued after the product has been received and processed. Refunds will be in the original form of payment.

  • PayPal: Your ability to receive a refund would depend on the original method of payment you made using Paypal. For PayPal, refunds may be claimed up to 30 days after payment.

    Note: For PayPal, refunds may be claimed up to 30 days after payment but as per store policy, we allow refunds only until 7 days after payments were made.

  • Bank Deposit: Refunds through online bank transfer may be done almost immediately. Over-the-counter bank transfers will take more time.

  • GCash: Refunds will be immediately available.

  • Palawan Express: Refunds will be available. You will need to wait for a notification/receipt from the team.
